Ichimonji Norimune (一文字則宗)
A tachi considered to be a creation of the Fukuoka Ichimonji school. Norimune was the pioneer of the Fukuoka Ichimonji school and was well-known as one of the honorary rotation swordsmiths of Emperor Go-toba. After passing on the position of head of the Ichimonji clan to Sanchoumou, he has lived a carefree life in retirement. Hence, he dotes on irregular existences.

Inspector for Keiou Koufu incident, he joined the citadel after they successfully passed his evaluations. A retired old man (self-proclaimed), he prefers enjoying himself and messing with the young ones. All while ponder about the meaning of "Love".
Officially, while he's aware of the stories of being "Okita Souji's sword", he was never that man's sword. It did make him think about "love" a lot, though, and he enjoys the company of the Okitagumi (Kashuu, Yasusada).
Important Note: Any potential Okita Souji must ask me first if they want Norimune as his sword (entirely because of his core issue) for a slight AU. I'm usually flexible depending on the thread's scenario and Okita's canon.
For memes, I'm fine with either people knowing his identity and hiding it! Just let me know or show it somewhere in the tag somewhere, so I can adapt.
